Visit us at the 3rd annual Brine, Brew & Barrel Fermentation Festival is January 13th and 14th! Hosted at the Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, this two day event boasts a vendor marketplace, workshops and demonstrations. To kick things off, a Brew Bash dinner will be held the night before the event, on January 12th. This is a family friendly event; kids under 12 are free!

Will discusses all things food related, and was so excited to learn about U Ferment, he reached out to us for an interview! As there are so many DIY fermented food and beverage things we could talk about, we hope to revisit Will in future episodes as well.
