The Realist Score is a valuable data point that allows agents to search for properties that are more likely to become listings. Built using CoreLogic’s Propensity to List model, properties with a “high” score can signify having higher chances of being listed, due to market conditions, sales data, valuation, and other proprietary CoreLogic data. This information can be beneficial for agents and real estate professionals looking to build or refine their prospecting & farming lists.

Since our last newsletter, the topics we’ve covered include the Showingtime icon, Hold status, search screen options, and “my favorite” searches. The question this month that yielded the most divided answers was about the Showingtime icon. View the results below:
In order to clear up any confusion, we’re answering this question here in our monthly newsletter! When a listing is set/changed to allow showings, the Showingtime icon can take up to 20 minutes to appear. If you find that the Showingtime icon is still missing after waiting the recommended 20 minutes, first verify that you have selected "yes" in the "Showingtime for the MLS" dialogue box next to “allow Showing agents to request appts online” as shown here:
