Snow Clean UP Update

  • The HOA on site office is closed today due to the inclement weather. However, the staff is working remotely and monitoring emails and phone calls to assist Dulles Farms residents.
  • Trash service has been suspended for today, January 26, 2026. We anticipate that service will resume tomorrow, January 27, but have not received confirmation from Patriot Disposal. Once we do, we will provide that information to you.
  • As a reminder, most of the roads in Dulles Farms are serviced by VDOT and a portion of the streets are private and serviced by the HOA. This means that VDOT is responsible for treating and plowing the public streets; while the Association is responsible for the private roads.
  • Snowplows are in the community again today clearing roads and sidewalks. Please be patient as the crews are working as quickly and safely as possible. They will continue to be on site over the next few days.
  • (Click here for a list of which roads are public and which are private and how to monitor VDOT maintained streets via plows and webcams.)
  • Please do not shovel snow back into the street and instead shovel the snow onto your lawn.

If you need to contact us, please do so by emailing manager@dullesfarms.com or calling the HOA office (703) 542-7555.

Please exercise caution and be safe.

IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT SHOVELING SNOW

Per Loudoun County:

Be a good neighbor and clear the sidewalk in front of and alongside your home following the end of the snowstorm. Chapter 1022.01 of the Loudoun County Codified Ordinances requires snow removal on sidewalks on properties that are adjacent to public streets.

For information on Loudoun County status, updates and shoveling snow, please visit the Loudoun County Website.

IMPORTANT POND SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT

NEVER WALK OR PLAY ON FROZEN PONDS! Please be sure to practice safety around all ponds! It may seem that the ice is thick enough to walk on, but the actual strength of the ice may be far less than it appears particularly when temperatures exceed the freezing mark.

Keep a safe distance from the edge of all ponds and DO NOT ENTER ponds at any time as this is a VERY DANGEROUS practice.

INFORM YOUR CHILDREN!

We ask that you relay this very important information to any children in your household.

~ Thank you for your cooperation ~
