Important Parking and Shoveling Reminders

• Please continue to shovel out parking spots to avoid parking in fire lines and/or driveways/sidewalks
• Towing will be enforced 
• We understand the ice and snow situation, however; homeowners are responsible for shoveling parking spaces
• Please use caution when and where you are parking
• If you live in a Townhome or Condo area and are able, please keep your cars parked in your driveway or garage. This will assist with making room in the visitor parking
• Please shovel around your mailboxes 
• Please do not block or park in front of the Westridge Clubhouse Mailbox (or any mailbox). The USPS drivers are not able to deliver the mail if the mailbox is blocked by parked vehicles or dangerous conditions. 
• Per Loudoun County: Chapter 1022.01 of the Loudoun County Codified Ordinances requires snow removal on sidewalks on properties that are adjacent to public streets.

• Please be aware of where your children are sledding and playing in the snow, to exercise caution and good judgement, as well as avoiding trespassing or playing on other people’s property during snow events or otherwise.

MOST EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL!!

After Hours Dropbox



If you need to drop off applications or paperwork after management office hours or during office closures, we do have a Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse to the right of the front door. The address of the Westridge Clubhouse (HOA Management Office) is located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

Please keep in mind, we do not accept HOA Assessment checks at the office. These need to be mailed to the address listed on the statement.
