Dulles Farms Board of Directors Vacancy


The Dulles Farms HOA Board has a vacancy for a one-year appointment. The Dulles Farms Community Association is comprised of 1785 homes, two commercial lots and a budget of approximately $3 million. The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the financial management and the administration of the governing documents of the Association. While no specific skill set is required, this is a volunteer opportunity for homeowners to make a difference in the quality of life at Dulles Farms. Members of the Board invest about 6-8 hours per month on Dulles Farms Board business, which includes the monthly virtual Board meeting which typically lasts 2-3 hours. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the attached candidate appointment statement and submit it to the management office at manager@dullesfarms.com by January 22.

If you utilize bill pay through your own personal online banking or ACH, be sure to update to the new 2026 assessment amount

PATRIOT DISPOSAL

CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION:

  • The last day for Christmas Tree pick up will be Monday, January 12th.


  • All tinsel and decorations must be removed, and trees should not be placed in plastic bags.


  • Per Patriot Disposal: If a tree is placed curbside for collection and is not picked up, please LEAVE IT OUT at the curb and collection will be completed as soon as possible.

Disposing Trash at the Community Amenities

When using outdoor trash cans, please do not stuff personal items to overflow the cans. If you notice a can that is full, please contact management.

MOST EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL!!

HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSURE

 

The Management Office will be closed on Monday, 1/19/26 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The office will reopen at 9 AM on Tuesday, 1/20/26.
