CAMP's Management Office will be closed on Monday, February 16th in observance of President's Day. The office will reopen at 9 AM on Tuesday, February 17th.

Holiday Trash Collection

Trash collection service WILL NOT be interrupted due to the President's Day Holiday. Pick up is still scheduled for Monday, February 16th.

Pet Reminders

 Please clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and then dispose of it properly. Use one of the Pet Waste Stations or if you cannot do so, please be sure to dispose in your trash receptacle at home. If the Pet Waste Station is full, please do not place your pet's waste at the base of the station.



Do not use Tot Lot waste receptacles for pet waste as these are located where children are at play.

Please do not allow your pet to defecate on homeowners property which includes private property adjacent to our many paths. 

Please do not allow your pets to trespass onto homeowner driveways and yards. Walking with your pets through other residents' yards or property without their consent is trespassing.

❄️ Clear the Way: Time to Finish Shoveling

Now that the sun is out and temperatures have finally climbed above freezing, please clear away the remaining slush and ice from your sidewalks, if you haven't already done so. If you live on a corner lot or end unit townhome, it is your responsibility to clear the sidewalks that run along the side of your home.

While the melting helps, standing water can quickly turn into dangerous "black ice" once the sun goes down and temperatures drop overnight. To keep our community safe and walkable for everyone, especially children, mail carriers, neighbors walking pets, please take a moment to:

• Clear the Slush: Push any remaining melting snow or slush off the pavement.
• Treat the Ice: Apply salt or ice melt to stubborn patches that haven't fully cleared.
• Check the Drains: Ensure nearby storm drains are clear of debris so the meltwater has somewhere to go.

After Hours Dropbox



If you need to drop off applications or paperwork after management office hours or during office closures, we do have a Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse to the right of the front door. The address of the Westridge Clubhouse (HOA Management Office) is located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

Please keep in mind, we do not accept HOA Assessment checks at the office. These need to be mailed to the address listed on the statement.
