the Covenants Committee Team

Consider joining the Covenants Committee — a small but highly impactful team of neighbors dedicated to preserving the character, beauty, and long-term property values of Dulles Farms.

As a committee member, you’ll play a direct role in shaping the look and feel of our community by reviewing homeowner applications for exterior improvements and enhancements. The commitment is just one or two meetings a month, where you’ll review exterior improvement requests and ensure projects align with our Design Guidelines.

It’s a simple way to make a meaningful impact and help keep Dulles Farms a place we’re proud to call home.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PETS ON A LEASH

There is a leash law in Loudoun County.

All dogs are required to be leashed unless they are on the owner’s property, are in a designated space (fenced dog park), are participating in a formal obedience training class or if the dog is a service animal who is otherwise under the handler’s control. Please also remember to keep your pet leashed while on the paths.

For more information about Loudoun’s animal related laws, please refer to the Loudoun County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 612.13 under Running At Large. If you experience or see aggressive animal behavior, please immediately call Animal Control 703-777-0406 to report.

Please check your account to see if you have received any violations. For single family homes and townhomes, violations can be found by accessing your resident portal. If you have received a violation letter for an issue that has been resolved, please email covenantsadmin@dullesfarms.com.

After Hours Dropbox



If you need to drop off applications or paperwork after management office hours or during office closures, we do have a Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse to the right of the front door. The address of the Westridge Clubhouse (HOA Management Office) is located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

Please keep in mind, we do not accept HOA Assessment checks at the office. These need to be mailed to the address listed on the statement.
