Consider joining the Covenants Committee — a small but highly impactful team of neighbors dedicated to preserving the character, beauty, and long-term property values of Dulles Farms.

As a committee member, you’ll play a direct role in shaping the look and feel of our community by reviewing homeowner applications for exterior improvements and enhancements. The commitment is just one or two meetings a month, where you’ll review exterior improvement requests and ensure projects align with our Design Guidelines.

It’s a simple way to make a meaningful impact and help keep Dulles Farms a place we’re proud to call home.

Dr Seuss Bingo - March 6, 2026

Please join us at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse on Friday, March 6, for Dr. Seuss Bingo at 5PM. This event is for children only with parent supervision. We will play a few games of Bingo and have some snacks, activities and goody bags. Please sign up EACH of your children SEPARATELY in a time slot. Space is limited in the clubhouse so we ask that a maximum of one parent per family attend. If you cannot make it to the event please cancel your slot so that another family can sign up. 

Friday Night BINGO!!!

Join us for Bingo in the Virginia Manor Clubhouse on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 7pm. Please register each member of your family in an individual slot because we can only accommodate 45 people (kids and adults) inside the clubhouse. If there are not enough available slots to accommodate your entire family please do not sign up. We will assign tables by family. If you plan to order a family pack ($20 cash only), please indicate if you want cheese or pepperoni in the "family pack" section of the sign up. A family pack includes a large pizza, 4 drinks and 5 bingo cards for $20. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your slots to others.  

****Pizza orders must be in by 9pm on Thursday evening to ensure your order is received in time.

Patriot Disposal Announcement

Patriot Disposal yard waste collection will begin on Monday, March 9, 2026.

Yard waste is defined as grass clippings, leaves, or bush/hedge trimmings resulting from normal maintenance of your yard. Please place your yard waste on the curb in brown paper yard waste bags or un-bagged in a personal container clearly marked ‘yard waste’ on both sides of the container. Patriot Disposal will also collect tree trimmings so long as it is cut into four-foot lengths, with each limb or piece of brush no larger than four inches in diameter, and tied in small bundles with rope or twine. Each bundle can be no larger than two feet in diameter.

MOST EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL

After Hours Dropbox



If you need to drop off applications or paperwork after management office hours or during office closures, we do have a Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse to the right of the front door. The address of the Westridge Clubhouse (HOA Management Office) is located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

Please keep in mind, we do not accept HOA Assessment checks at the office. These need to be mailed to the address listed on the statement.
