Recycling Service Update July 17, 2026:

If your recycling has not been picked up by 6PM tonight, please bring it in and we will send an e-Blast on Monday with an update from Patriot Disposal.

24/7 Towing for Dulles Farms

Dulles Farms is enforcing towing on PRIVATE ROADS maintained by the HOA and towing will be enforced by Battlefield Towing for vehicles that are parked illegally.

When parking your vehicles, please be mindful of the following:

·     Do not park in or block fire lanes

·     Do not park in front of Fire Hydrants - it is illegal to park within 15 feet of a fire    

    hydrant

·     Do not block driveways or sidewalks.

·     Do not park on blind corners.

·     When parking, do not block intersections.

·     Do not park in Handicap spaces unless you have a placard.

Illegally parking in these areas is cause for immediate towing per the Dulles Farms Parking Policy: Dulles Farms Parking Policy.

If your vehicle is towed, please contact Battlefield Towing.

If you live in a Townhome or Condo area and are able, please keep your cars parked in your driveway or garage. This will assist with making room in the visitor parking.

The HOA Management team works to monitor parking violations; however, the HOA Management Office does not have the authority to tow or issue violations on VDOT maintained roads and residents can contact the Sheriff’s non-emergency number at 703-777-1021 if they notice an illegally parked vehicle on a VDOT road.

The Pool will Remained Closed on Friday, July 17^th

Due to the Poor Air Quality

Unless otherwise posted, the pool hours for the VA Manor and Westridge Pools are: Sunday to Saturday, 11AM to 8PM. Residents and guests are expected to be out of the pool and the pool premises by 8PM. Lifeguards may request the pool be vacated at 7:45PM to ensure everyone is out of the pool vicinity.

Virginia Manor Pool Updates:

July 18th Opens at 2:00PM for Divisional Swim Meet

Please use caution when driving near and around the VA Manor Pool, parking lot and surrounding streets on Saturday, July 18th between 6AM to 2PM. The Divisionals Swim Meet is a very large event, and many cars will be parking in the parking lot and along the streets. Please keep in mind that people, including children, will be walking in the streets and parking lot. Thank you!

Westridge Pool located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

This pool is open normal operating hours ~ 11 am to 8 pm.

LetSwim Summer

Looking to fit in swim lessons before summer ends?

There's still time to make a splash this summer! LetSwim is continuing to offer Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons at our community pool through August.

These lessons provide individualized instruction and flexible scheduling, making them a great option for families looking for a more personalized learning experience.

Swimmers can also choose Semi-Private lessons with a sibling or friend of a similar ability.

Annual Property Inspections 

Dear Neighbors,

As our annual community inspections continue, I wanted to share a quick reminder of the main items I am looking for as I walk the property. Keeping these areas maintained helps keep our community beautiful and protects everyone's property values.

During my walkthroughs, I am primarily checking for:

• Lawn & Landscaping: Lawns that need mowing, edging, or weeding, dead trees or shrubs that need removal, flower beds that need weeding & trimming, and trees that overhang sidewalks or property lines.
• Property Maintenance: Mold or mildew on siding, peeling paint, torn window screens, and missing shutters or gutters.
• Fences & Decks: Loose or missing boards, leaning fence sections, and decks or fences in need of power washing or staining/painting.
• Unapproved Exterior Modifications Exterior changes made without prior written approval from the Association. This includes things like: Landscaping installations, garden beds & boxes, exterior lighting changes, steppingstone walkways, patios, decks, fences, solar panels, etc. 

As a reminder, I will be wearing a high-visibility vest with "Dulles Farms" on the back during my inspections. If your townhome yard is not accessible from the street, I may need to take a photo over the fence line to inspect the rear exterior.

If you have already noticed an item on your property that needs attention and are working to fix it, thank you for your proactivity! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need to submit an exterior modification application.

E-Bike and E-Scooter Safety Program

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has launched an e-bike safety program, aimed at addressing growing concerns about juvenile e-bike activity across the county. 

Residents can now submit e-bike safety concerns directly through the LCSO's online traffic complaint form at this direct link.

If you need to drop off applications or paperwork after management office hours or during office closures, we do have a Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse to the right of the front door. The address of the Westridge Clubhouse (HOA Management Office) is located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

Please keep in mind, we do not accept HOA Assessment checks at the office. These need to be mailed to the address listed on the statement.
