Community Reminder: Rules for Leasing Your Home

Thinking about renting out your property? To be in compliance, please remember that all rentals must adhere to Section 8.5 (Leasing of Lots) of our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions:

Before you sign with a tenant, please keep these key rules in mind:

  • No Short-Term Rentals: Properties cannot be used for transient or hotel purposes (such as Airbnb or short-term vacation rentals). All initial lease terms must be for a minimum of six (6) months.
  • Entire Dwelling Only: You must lease your entire home; leasing individual portions of a dwelling is prohibited (though a reasonable number of roommates is permitted).
  • Written Agreements Required: All rentals must have a written lease agreement. The lease must explicitly state that the tenant is required to comply with all Association Documents, and that failure to do so constitutes a lease default.
  • Submit Your Lease: Upon request, owners must promptly forward a conformed copy of the executed lease to the Board of Directors.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our neighborhood safe, beautiful, and compliant.

Please Respect Neighbor's Property!

Be respectful to your neighbors property. Please speak with your children about outside playtime, and to use caution when riding bikes, throwing balls, or running around, especially around parked cars and playing on other people's property.

Please speak with your children about leaving riding toys on the sidewalk, parking spaces, common areas, playgrounds, or on other people's property.
