Finance Committee Meeting

The Finance Committee will be meeting at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse on Monday, September 22nd at 7PM. If you are not able to attend in person, please CLICK HERE for instructions on how to attend virtually.

Egregious Conduct

Management has been notified of recent acts of threatening behavior and attempting to kick down residential doors. The Sheriff has been contacted regarding this recent act of transgression.

We urge all residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity you may witness. If you have any information regarding recent incidents of kicking resident doors or any other acts of violence or vandalism, or see anything concerning in the future, please contact the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office non-emergency line at (703) 777-1021.

Additionally, we encourage everyone to speak with their children about respecting residential and community property and the consequences of misconduct and vandalism, especially if caught. Working together, we can help maintain the safety, integrity and beauty of our community. We will continue working with the Sherriff's Department to curtail recent violators and these types of actions, but we ask that you please speak with your children about how destructive behavior is both illegal and costly.

Friday Night BINGO!!!

Join us for Bingo in the Virginia Manor Clubhouse on Friday September 26, 2025 at 7pm. Please register each member of your family in an individual slot because we can only accommodate 45 people (kids and adults) inside the clubhouse. If there are not enough available slots to accommodate your entire family please do not sign up. We will assign tables by family. If you plan to order a family pack ($20 cash only), please indicate if you want cheese or pepperoni in the "family pack" section of the sign up. A family pack includes a large pizza, 4 drinks and 5 bingo cards for $20. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your slots to others.  

****Pizza orders must be in by 9pm on Thursday evening to ensure your order is received in time.  

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PETS ON A LEASH!!

There is a leash law in Loudoun County.

All dogs are required to be leashed unless they are on the owner’s property, are in a designated space (fenced dog park), are participating in a formal obedience training class or if the dog is a service animal who is otherwise under the handler’s control. Please also remember to keep your pet leashed while on the paths.

Keeping your dog on a leash is not only beneficial to people who come in contact with your dog, but to your dog as well. As much as we know and love our pets, having no leash on your pet can lead to unpredictable behavior from other animals, and your own pet as well!

For more information about Loudoun’s animal related laws, please refer to the Loudoun County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 612.13 under Running At Large. If you experience or see aggressive animal behavior, please immediately call Animal Control 703-777-0406 to report.

ELECTION AD HOC COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

Would you like to serve your community by volunteering? The Dulles Farms' Election Ad Hoc Committee is currently seeking volunteers to assist with preparations for the upcoming Board of Director's Annual Meeting election, which is scheduled for Thursday, November 13th, 2025. 

The time commitment is minimal, requiring less than 6 hours, and will end before the holiday rush!

Community Fence

and Pergola Project!

Fence Replacement Project – The replacement of common area fences will begin next week in Westridge. Virginia Manor will be done the following week. Attached is a map identifying the various locations where fences are being replaced. Below is a schedule for both Westridge and Virginia Manor identified by the numbers on the maps. At each location, the existing fence will be removed and the new fence constructed on the dates identified in the schedule. The schedule is weather permitting. We appreciate your patience as we complete this project for the betterment of Dulles Farms.
