Agenda Items include: Maintenance Lot and Trailer, Committee Member Appointments, Community-wide projects, Solar Panels and Annual Meeting Prep. Covenants Committee Meeting / Architectural Applications Deadline
The Covenants Committee will be meeting via Webex on Thursday, September 17th at 6:00 pm. The deadline for completed applications is Noon on Friday, September 11th. Please select link below for instructions on how to join this virtual meeting.
Management Offices Closed
Monday, September 7th
The Management Offices will be closed on Mon, 9/7, in observance of Labor Day. The office will re-open on Tuesday, 9/8 at 9 am.

If you require after-hours emergency assistance, please call 1-855-477-2267.
Holiday Trash Collection

Collection services will NOT be interrupted due to Labor Day. Pick up is still scheduled for Monday, September 7th.

As a reminder, trash and recycling cans must not be visible to neighboring properties on non-trash days except for the evening prior (after 6 pm) to service.

CALL FOR CANDIDATES
As we prepare for this year's Annual Meeting and Election, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with the CANDIDATE NOMINATION PETITION. This year we will have 2 seats open on the Board of Directors. In order to be included as a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors, this form will have to be completed and returned to CAMP at the address noted no later than Oct. 1st.

We look forward to receiving your Candidate Statement by Oct. 1st and hope to see you at this year's annual meeting on November 12th. Please look for more information about the Annual meeting in the following weeks.

Please take the time in the coming days to survey your property for proper maintenance. All properties will be inspected for general maintenance including but not limited to; yard maintenance, landscaping, peeling paint, lamp posts, broken mailboxes, dirty siding, tree stake removal, basket ball hoops, etc. Please be sure to mow, weed and edge lawns on a regular basis. We are noticing that this is the #1 reason that violation notices are being issued as of late.
