PATRIOT DISPOSAL HOLIDAY TRASH SERVICE SCHEDULE There will be NO TRASH SERVICE on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday 11/26. Instead ,Trash pick up will be provided on Saturday 11/28. Please CLICK HERE for more information.

MANAGEMENT OFFICE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE The Management Office's will close early at 12 pm on Wednesday, 11/25, and will remain closed on Thursday, 11/26 and Friday, 11/27 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Dulles Farms is pleased to announce it's First Annual Home Holiday Decorating Contest! The contest is free and open to all Dulles Farms residents. Do you think you have the most festive home on your street? Enter our contest and find out! Entry submission deadline is December 12th. Dulles Farms Food Truck Sloppy Mamma's BBQ Wednesday, November 25 at 6 PM Location: Virginia Manor Clubhouse Place your orders HERE. Orders must be placed by Tuesday 11/24 by 5 PM. Please be sure to maintain proper social distancing during pick up. Sloppy Mamma's has streamlined pickups to simply drive by, share your name and they will place the food in the trunk of your vehicle. If you have any questions, please email catering@sloppymamas.com
