2020 DULLES FARMS ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION
Dear Dulles Farms Resident,
As you may recall, in-person meetings have been suspended due to COVID 19 restrictions. However, CAMP management staff and the Board of Directors (Board) have been able to hold meetings virtually in order to continue the business of the Association. We are glad to report that this will also be the case for our 2020 Annual Meeting and Election which will be held on November 12, 2020.
The Board has made arrangements to host a virtual Annual Meeting via the Webex platform and to facilitate an online Election using HOA VOTE NOW. More information about these very important events will be published next week.
In the meantime, as we prepare for this year's Annual Meeting and Election, we would like to take this opportunity to ask you to please consider serving on the Board. This year we will have two seats open on the Board. In order to be included as a candidate for a position on the Board, a Candidate Nomination Petition Form will need to be completed and returned to CAMP no later than Monday, October 1, 2020. This form will be published in the coming week.
Being a member of an Association's Board of Directors is a wonderful way to serve your community.
