In the state of Florida, there were more than 28,000 Commercial Truck related accidents reported in 2022, and more than 3,400 in the Tampa Bay area alone. After graduating from Stetson University Law School in 1994, and working for a personal injury litigation firm for 2 years, I founded Andrew Stinnette P.A. It is hard to believe that over 29 years have passed since that first job as a law clerk with a personal injury firm.

During that time I have witnessed many changes in the law and in the way that personal injury cases are presented to juries and insurance companies. I have participated in countless lawsuits and I have been the lead attorney for many jury trials in the Tampa Bay area and other parts of Florida. Surprisingly many attorneys have never conducted a trial during their entire careers.

Most importantly I have determined that all persons that have sustained injuries as a result of negligence deserve the personal attention of their lawyer. The very large advertising firms often do not deliver this fundamental promise.
