Rolling Hills Studio celebrates 10th anniversary
Rolling Hills Studio has been serving the creative community of Durham Region since 2011 when it was founded by artist Anja Kooistra. As the name tells it, Rolling Hills Studio is located north of Uxbridge in the rolling hills of rural Sunderland—a short drive from Toronto.

This spring, the studio will celebrate its 10th anniversary on May 22. Help celebrate by working a full-day or half-day workshop!

Creative one-day workshops (learning to work with fabric) are held in the extensive studio—a renovated rustic barn, located on the property—by appointment only.

Experience an unforgettable workshop with your friends, family, or partner. Learn how to work with fabric, clay, and medium (Powertex) to create your own work of art. With Anja's guidance, she teaches you new techniques with an approachable and fun attitude. She is an energetic hostess and loves to inspire people to create fun art through sculpture. From whimsical fairies to blue herons, a wide selection of workshops can be found on the website and are updated regularly.

When safe to do so, these classes are great for parties and can be customized according to your occasion.
