NBSO Texas, the Greater Houston Partnership and the Netherland-America Foundation kindly invite you to our virtual Dutch American Heritage Day, on Monday November 16.

Join us to celebrate the friendship between both countries in an interactive networking event, that will bring together civic leaders, port authorities and experts as part of a digital trade mission in Energy 2.0 between Houston and Rotterdam.

The Dutch-American Heritage Day marks the longstanding history and shared bonds between the Netherlands and the United States for more than 400 years. In particular, the date commemorates the first salute to the American flag, where the Netherlands became the first country to recognize the United States of America.

Since that day both nations have maintained a strong partnership, specially in trade and business, with the Netherlands as the 5th largest trade partner for Houston.

Let's celebrate and team up to strengthen the collaboration between both regions!
