  • Beginning today the drive-through COVID-19 specimen collection site at the Intermodal Center at Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill will be closed as Nuvance Health, which operated the site, transitions to offering COVID-19 testing at its primary and urgent care facilities. For a complete list of facilities and FAQs on testing, visit the Nuvance Health website HERE.

  • To find other testing sites, you can check the county's list of testing sites on their website HERE.

  • A webinar presented by Myriam Bouchard from the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center will be held on July 15 at 10AM to discuss how to address the minutiae of your financial operations while keeping in mind the end goal. During this presentation, you will learn how to turn your numbers into friends so you can make knowledge-based day-to-day business decisions and increase your bottom line.   •  Beginning July 6, outdoor, low-risk sports and recreational activities can resume. The full list can be found HERE.

  • Our region is targeted to enter Phase 4 on July 7, but businesses and organizations can begin preparing now to reopen.

  • Regions in Phase 4 are also permitted to hold social gatherings of up to 50 people; and indoor religious gatherings will be allowed at up to 33% of the indoor site's capacity.

You must follow these steps to be prepared to reopen:
  1. Go to the NY Forward website HERE
  2. Click on “Phase Four Guidance.”
  3. Select your industry by scrolling down on the left side navigation bar.
  4. Click on and read “View Summary Guidelines” for your industry.
  5. Click on and read “Read and Affirm the Detailed Guidelines” for your industry, and then click the link at the bottom of the page or HERE to complete the form and hit submit.
  6. Click on “Print Business Safety Plan Template” for your industry, and then print and fill out the template, and keep on file at your place of business.
  7. Implement the Safety Plan.
