  • The Treasury has released three new documents in regards to the Paycheck Protection Program. A revision to the Interim Final Rule can be found HERE. A new Borrowers Application can be found HERE. And a new Lender's Application Loan Guaranty can be found HERE.

  • A webinar will be held to discuss the changes to the Paycheck Protection Program during the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours on June 24, at 5PM. For more information or to register for the event click HERE.

  • New guidance has been released by the Federal Reserve on the Main Street Lending Program, a complimentary program to the Paycheck Protection Program. You can find the guidance HERE.

  • In today's (Thursday) press conference, Governor Andrew Cuomo discussed nursing homes and said the ban on visitors to nursing homes will only be lifted when health professionals say it is safe to do so. He did not give a timeline on when visitors will be allowed to return or recommendations from the Department of Health would be released.

  • ARE YOU AN EMPLOYER THAT HAS REMAINED AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS OR ARE YOU PREPARING TO REOPEN YOUR BUSINESS OR NON-PROFIT? THESE ARE IMPORTANT STEPS YOU MUST TAKE:
  1. Go to the NY Forward website HERE
  2. Click on “Phase Two Guidance.”
  3. Select your industry by scrolling down on the left side navigation bar.
  4. Click on and read “View Summary Guidelines” for your industry.
  5. Click on and read “Read and Affirm the Detailed Guidelines” for your industry, and then click the link at the bottom of the page or HERE to complete the form and hit submit.
  6. Click on “Print Business Safety Plan Template” for your industry, and then print and fill out the template, and keep on file at your place of business.
  7. Implement the Safety Plan.
