The Summit will showcase successful lean and continuous improvement initiatives from the public and private sector.  American Family Insurance will host a number of Gemba Walks, and provide an update on their Lean Innovation journey during the Summit.

Tune into Excellence at the annual Baldrige Fall Conference 
The annual Baldrige Fall conference, presented by the Alliance for Performance Excellence in partnership with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee on October 24-25, 2019.
Presenters will frame their discussions of organizational best practices on categories of the Baldrige Excellence Framework including leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, measurement, workforce engagement and operational excellence. They will also provide methods and tools for robust cybersecurity and innovation best practices.

Plan to  join us in 2020 when the Baldrige Fall Conference comes to Milwaukee!
