CHECK YOUR INBOX FOR THE WILGA SURVEY

The Women in Local Government Administration Working Group (WILGA) was established in 2020 to explore, assess, and implement actions to increase the number of women in senior administrative leadership positions in local governments across Canada. Along with CAMA, the Working Group is comprised of representatives from the Alberta Municipalities, CivicInfo BC, Local Government Administration Association of Alberta, and the Society of Local Government Managers of Alberta. If you are a CAMA member CAO, you should have received a short survey in your inbox yesterday (February 15th) from CivicInfo BC that will help the WILGA Working Group evaluate the success of initiatives undertaken to meet its purpose of increasing the number of women in senior administrative leadership positions in Canadian Local Governments. We thank you in advance for your feedback.
