Chamber of Commerce
Connecting our members to a valuable resource
When you think about the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce, you are likely to think about local small businesses. They are a staple of our membership and a brick in the foundation of a healthy community. The Chamber represents the interests of business – big, small, and in-between – by promoting, connecting, and speaking on behalf of businesses. We work with members to identify areas where businesses are struggling, be it from lack of resources or information, and target potential solutions.

To be an effective resource for our business community, we need to hear from you. One of the ways you can communicate with us is by participating in our Pleasanton 2025 Forums. These monthly meetings touch on the most significant issues facing our community including our infrastructure, water, housing, and economic development at all levels. Topic speakers are available for questions, and the committee discusses whether or not to take further action.

These Pleasanton 2025 Forums are open to everyone in the community, take place the second Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. and have been held virtually and in-person. Because this resource is available and accessible, I'd like to personally invite you to check-out these meetings at any time. Learn more about the Pleasanton 2025 Forums, including past and upcoming meeting topics, online here.

There are other ways to inform the Chamber, like completing our surveys and sending us messages. All will help to better inform us on the priorities and hoped-for solutions for local businesses. That is our goal: to be a positive resource for our members and community.

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley
Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare has changed its name to Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley to better align within Stanford Medicine and create a stronger, more seamless brand experience for our patients and communities. Together with the Stanford School of Medicine, Stanford Medicine Children’s Health, and the adult health care delivery system (which comprises Stanford Health Care, Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, and Stanford Medicine Partners) as part of a unified Stanford Medicine, we will continue improving health outcomes for individuals in the communities that we serve.
"This new name recognition helps better communicate the clear connection between our community-based hospital and the larger Stanford Medicine ecosystem and unifies the connection between entities.” says Rick Shumway, president and CEO of Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, “It reinforces our commitment to our community, and clearly allows our community to acknowledge their access to the power of Stanford Medicine.”

Castro Valley Greek Festival August 19-21
Welcome to the Castro Valley Greek Festival. We are so happy to once again share our Greek Culture, Cuisine, and the Orthodox Faith with our friends in the Bay and Tri-Valley areas. Get ready to eat, drink, shop, and dance the syrtaki! Admission is FREE.

Celebrating over 50 years in the East Bay, our Resurrection parish consists of over 200 faithful families who make up the body of Christ in worship. Our community is unique because of its multi-ethnic background and small size (compared to other Orthodox Churches in the surrounding area).

We have a thriving and growing community, with many opportunities for prayer, ministry, and fellowship. And, we are excited to now begin the journey of “Building the Body of Christ” in a new byzantine-style church in Pleasanton!
5K For A Cause August 7
This is a fun run, created by Prodigy Fitness, Girls Soccer Worldwide, and Fleet Feet to support a great cause - to empower girls in sports! Your entire $30 race registration from this event will benefit local programs supported by Girls Soccer Worldwide, a 501C3 non-profit organization, and their mission of empowering girls to rise out of poverty through sports and education.
