Deans to Preside at Celebrations of New Ministry
Our Regional Deans are strong and faithful leaders in the Diocese of Virginia. In partnership with the Bishop, they guide and oversee ministry among the clergy, congregations and Councils of the Regions. As one way of strengthening their ministry and sharing wider diocesan leadership with them, Bishop Goff has empowered Deans to preside as her representative at Celebrations of New Ministry.  Kate Wettstein , Assistant to the Bishops in the Northern Virginia office, will coordinate planning and scheduling of these services. When your parish is ready for such a celebration, please be in touch with her and with your Dean. May this sharing of leadership be a blessing in our Regions and in our Diocese.
