Hillsview show sale bazaar

Holiday Bazaars at Hillsview on November 23


Hillsview Acton: Holiday High Tea & Seated Lunch on Saturday, November 23. bazaar from 9am-2pm. High tea and lunch starting at 10:30am - $15/adults or $8/child (fundraising event).


Hillsview Georgetown: Drop in bazaar from 9am-1pm. Lunch starting at 11am.


Bazaars include homemade baking (Acton), books, puzzles, penny table, raffles, vendors, Christmas decorations, kids table and more! Learn more:

New exhibitions and show/sale at the Helson Gallery


The Helson Gallery is an art gallery located in the Halton Hills Library & Cultural Centre at 9 Church St. in Downtown Georgetown.


Coming soon:

  • Drawing in the Gallery (free, self-directed sessions) every Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. until Dec. 18.

Walk indoors this winter!


The Walk Fit program allows you to stay active and social by walking indoors at local facilities in Acton and Georgetown for under $40 for an annual pass. “Whatever the weather, we walk together”.

Wampum Belt Talk with Darin Wybenga - This Saturday, Nov. 2 at 1:30 p.m. in the Helson Gallery


All are welcome to join Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (MCFN) Heritage Interpreter Darin Wybenga to learn about the historical significance and symbolism of Wampum Belts, highlighting their role in treaties and the reconciliation process. This talk is in connection with 'Ishpendaagaabwi: Standing With Pride', an exhibition presented in partnership with the MCFN on display now until November 10 in the Helson Gallery.
