Photo of gardens at Lucy Maud Montgomery Gardens in Norval

PARK OF THE MONTH: Lucy Maud Montgomery Children's Garden of the Senses

The Lucy Maud Montgomery Gardens in Norval is a tribute to the beloved Canadian author Lucy Maud Montgomery, best known for her Anne of Green Gables series. Montgomery lived in Norval from 1926 to 1935, a period during which the village's scenic beauty and natural surroundings deeply influenced her writing. The gardens celebrate her legacy and connection to the community, offering a peaceful space for visitors to explore the gardens and landscape that inspired many of her stories. There are many activities in Norval for the upcoming months. Visit http://www.norval-on-the-credit.ca/ for more information.
