Sometimes the researcher, ORI staff, or other IRB members have written comments that contain key information or points about the research that you need to take into consideration when making a determination (e.g., request minor revisions vs. approve).
Where do you find other reviewer, ORI, and PI comments in E-IRB when reviewing an application?
In your IRB Member role, click the application number to open the application, then click "All Comments" under Application Links to view all comments within the application from other reviewers, ORI, and the PI.
OR
To view comments without going into the application, in your IRB Member role, click "IRB Review" next to the application number, click "Comments" under Protocol Information to view all application comments from other reviewers, ORI, and the PI.
Where do you find other reviewer determinations?
In your IRB Member role, click "IRB Review" next to the application number, click the "Other Reviewers" tab, you will see determinations from all reviewers who have either saved a written comment in the IRB Review task window or completed their task.
