This week's quote:
"Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into."
- Wayne Dyer
This Week's Affirmation
"I see all of the beauty and grace which is around me with loving gratitude."
Reverend Maryum's Weekly Prayer
I Abide in Endless Prosperity
There is One Life, the Life of God. I am One with this Life.
I abide in endless prosperity of a limitless God. I know rich fulfillment is the creative wonder of my life. I resolve to think about what I truly want. I direct my acceptance of greater good from the awareness that I must become receptive and aware of my desires, and what I want to experience. I let go of fear and instead choose to use courage to move forward in success in every area of my life. It is God's good pleasure to give me the kingdom of heaven on earth. I know something wonderful is happening to me right now. Interesting and unique ideas come forth from within me and enhance and benefit myself and those in my life. I celebrate my ability to choose and do so wisely. I bless my ability to see clearly and do so with love. How good it is. Prosperity flows into my life and God takes care of the details.
I give loving thanks for my prospering life, health, relationships, and creative ideas. I am the consciousness of Infinite Greatness in action and thankfully release my word to the Law of Love. It is done. And so it is. Amen.

The Good Thought
Quotes About
Grace is the love that gives, that loves the unlovely and the unlovable.
Oswald C. Hoffman
Grace comes into the soul, as the morning sun into the world; first a dawning, then a light; and at last the sun in his full and excellent brightness.
Thomas Adams
Grace is the voice that calls us to change and then gives us the power to pull it off.
Max Lucado

Intuitive Card Reading just for You!
I am pulling a card from the Archangel Power Tarot Card, by Doreen Virtue & Radleigh Valentine for today's wisdom

Two of Ariel
"It's important to have balance! Working multiple jobs or projects at once. Making work fun"
"It's important to have balance! You may be working multiple jobs, or you have several projects going on at once. Reconsider your to-do list. Is it really necessary to accomplish it all?
The key to managing stress is to think of ways to make your situation more fun. Look at life in a playful way! You may be having challenges balancing your budget. Be cautious of juggling finances in a way that causes long-term difficulties. Career changes should be looked at carefully and decisions made slowly and logically."
Additional meaning: Going with the flow. Making it look easy. The ability to get by on little money."
This is the card for all you multi-taskers out there (which of course is something of an epidemic )! What stands out for me are the following issues: STRESS and FUN.
Here's why:
Tackling the stress in these times is something of a bear that we all are wrestling with. Yes, because of technology, we have at our fingertips a wealth of information. Access to any factoid 24/7 is supposed to make our lives easier. But the good old-fashion times where we didn't have access to all this info, gave us more tranquil pursuits - such as reading by the fire, taking walks and conversating with another face-to-face.
What this card is pulling up for me is the awareness that even in this technological "paradise" that there is a need for another type of paradise.   Such as community and laughter and leisure.
Somedays, leisure seems to be a Netflix binge! As long as you're laughing and relaxing, more of that time is called for.
Personally, I am juggler and this card is stating that there is definitely more to life than juggling.
There's a call for simplicity and acknowledgment of the grace that lies in doing nothing.
Which brings me to the next point that Ariel Deux card talks about...the ever allusive FUN!
I believe in my heart that fun is a necessity that is as essential as breathing.
SO the plan is to incorporate less multitasking and increase more fun. So this creative conundrum is our mission this week.
And even if that answer is YES to the latter question, how can you make your bulging To-Do List more enjoyable?
Maybe it's by playing Chubby Checker while you're working. Putting up comic strips on your wall that faces your work station. Maybe it's watching a comedy program every night for a week. Or going to a painting and wine course.
You know what simple and cost-effective things you can do. And you don't then you have permission to use that technology at your fingertips to find something fun and inspiring to do.
And it may be as simple as coming to Center of the Heart on Sunday to hear George and Eje play reggae or Beatles songs. (It's Free!)
Briefly about the imagery: .
This card as a skater boy doing a handstand on the edge of some Roman ruins. He's doing something fun and wild and crazy but he has Archangel Ariel in the background enjoying the show.
This is a perfect balance of human feats of courage against foolhardy risk. But the scenery is so beautiful and the angelic presence of grace is so powerful that even in the midst of thankless tasks, there is a way to enjoy the ordeal.
Twos are about the balance between the cost and benefit of something. So weigh the cost of overloading yourself with tasks versus their benefit.
There is also a financial aspect to this card which is about asking yourself during your self-analysis of your workload, etc - IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE WITH LESS?
Ariel is the archangel which means means "altar" or "lion of God" in Hebrew. She is also referred to as the Angel of Nature.   She protects God's creations - this means You!
So it's time to slow your roll as much as you can, even with your competing priorities, knowing that as much as you've got this - you owe it to yourself to enjoy your life along the way!
So here's an affirmation to assist you with honoring yourself amongst all your hectic activity:
" I am worthy of all the good things in my life
And so it is.
And So It Is.

What Brother Ernie said:
The Source of Renewal
It is the intellect and the subconscious self which need renewing. The Spirit neither sleeps nor slumbers. The Spirit is God. Any maladjustment in your life will be healed when you realize this perfect center within yourself. The vision you must catch and hold is the consciousness of a union so complete and perfect that you find no difference between your own being and God. The two are one.
The wick of your individual life runs deep into the oil of pure Being. There is but One Life and that Life is your life now. No matter what confusion appears at the surface of your life, there is always a place of calm at the center of your being. No matter how turbulent the waves may be on the ocean of your experience, beneath there is a changeless peace. Your being is submerged but not lost in the Infinite.
When you become confused, stop and listen to your inner calm. Turn from the confusion to that deeper something within. Say:
I am submerged in peace.
I am surrounded by peace.
I am immersed in peace.
There is nothing but peace.
Peace-deep, calm, undisturbed. .

Food for Thought...

12 Tips to Create a Peaceful, Passionate Life
by Oriya Pollack

Here are 12 reminders and suggestions that can help you get out of your head and cultivate passion and presence:
1. Remember that your thoughts and feelings are powerful.
Everything in your life is a response to your feelings. How you feel about yourself is how you shape your reality.
2. Stop trying to be somebody and start opening up.
Stop looking so desperately for answers and drop your need to know everything. Give yourself permission to explore and uncover what's fun for you and what you really love. Stop mimicking other people and pretending to please them, and start opening yourself up to find what you love.
3. Create something new.
Most people are scared of trying and failing because we are told we are supposed to fit in to existing stories created for power and control. Use your imagination to create something new that excites you.
4. Be a model of truth and great possibilities.
Make it your mission to be a model of positive, fun, loving possibilities. The shortest way to get there is to express your deepest truths. When you serve as a model for speaking your truth, you let others know it's okay for them to do the same.
5. Encounter your deeper story.
Everyone has a deeper story, something that they fantasize about doing if they could. What's your deeper story? What do yearn and long for? Hint: You already know what it is; you just lack the courage to acknowledge it because you don't think you're good enough.
6. Experience your longing.
It's a big leap to go from dreaming to realizing. Take a step to act out your longing and experience its unfolding. If you let them, your feelings will lead the way.
7. Recognize when and how you disappear from the present moment.
Know your insecurities and pay attention to your triggers so you can bring yourself back to the present before hurting someone else. It's your job to maintain your positive space.
8. Know what brings you back.
What engenders a feeling of belonging and connection in your life? What stops the obsessive thought looping? Build reference points. That's how you can always find your way back home.
9. Recognize that freedom is knowing what you love and letting it embrace you.
You already know enough. Stop looking for guidance and start formatting your life around experiencing what you love. Seek the experience and it will find you.
10. Remember that your gift is how you handle your insecurities.
When you do what you love, you'll act on instinct, without having to put too much thought into the knowledge you don't yet have. But that thing you love to do-that's not your only gift. Your other gift is how you handle your insecurities and feelings of inadequacy, when you do get caught up in your head. This is what shapes your life and sense of belonging.
11. Take intentional actions.
When you set intentions and act on them, you create a natural flow. Directing that flow is how you shape your reality.
12. Consistently ask yourself: What is my relationship?
Everything is relationship to everything else. What is your relationship to yourself? You reality emanates from how you feel about yourself.
