The AER Series holds the middle ground between the high precision helical and the economy spur as in the inline series, providing the smooth,
quiet, high
torque performance of the high precision helical right angle gearboxes with a cost that is associated with most economy offerings. Ratio availability of 3- 200:01:00
Economy/Spiral Bevel:
A general duty right angle spur planetary gearbox with a case hardened and ground spiral bevel gear for superior smoothness and quiet operation. Built with the latest in manufacturing technology and available in a variety of output face configurations at a highly economical cost. Ratio availability of 3-100:1
Hypoid:
A right angle gearbox that turns the corner in a compact manner and provides high accuracy. Outputs available with ISO rotary flange, keyed and smooth shaft, DIN spline, and hollow compression connection.
Spiral Bevel Planetary Gearboxes
Motor Flange Input:
A
pex Dynamics ground and case hardened spiral bevel gearing allows for dual shaft and hollow shaft right angle outputs. Motor flange input models are available with integral planetary sections for ratios of up to 500:1.
Shaft Input:
A shaft drive input with spiral bevel gearing ratios 1,2,3,4,5 and 1.5 for accurate driving of multiple axes. High radial load capability from taper roller and angular contact support bearings.
