On Saturday, May 7, the Heart of America Council and Kansas City Parks and Recreation will team up to make Kansas City beautiful. An estimated 500 Scouts and volunteers will celebrate Dig Day   by planting more than 80 of the city's community flower beds across 35 locations on Mother's Day weekend.
