September 12-13 | Bartle Scout Reservation 


Webelos STEM Weekend is next weekend and is the perfect opportunity for Webelos to experience the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation. Participants will enjoy activities ranging from archery to science to rocketry. Space is limited. Only 100 spots left!

The 2015 American Royal Parade is moving to Arrowhead as part of the World Series of  Barbecue.  Scouts are encouraged to attend and be part of the parade's largest group entry. In addition to the parade, Scouts and their families are also invited to the American Royal Cowtown Family Fun Fest.

Council Scouters to Receive Top Award


The Silver Beaver Award is the highest award a local council may present to a volunteer Scouter. The Heart of America Council is proud to recognize the 2015 Silver Beaver Class for their service to Scouting. Awards will be presented at the Council Annual Banquet on November 11.
