Scripture: John 5:1-9

When Christ asks if we want to be free from what holds us captive, do we answer with hope,...or with excuses? Maybe we've grown so familiar with our wounds that we can't imagine life without them. Or, maybe the uncertainty of healing feels more frightening than the suffering itself.

Here's the beautiful truth: Jesus heals us anyway. Christ's power to heal isn't dependent on our perfect faith or understanding. We simply need to surrender and trust. Today, Jesus is still asking: "Do you want to be made well?" Join us on Sunday and discover what it's like when Love Shows Up and Heals.

And join us at noon for Good Old-fashioned Church Potluck as we welcome Pastor Angie and Keith to our chuch family.

We have 4 ways to worship on Sunday:

8AM in the Sanctuary | Weekly communion & favorite hymns.

9:30AM in Maxwell Hall | Sing praises with our band.

11AM in the Sanctuary | Enjoy familiar liturgy and hear our choir.

If you can't join us that day but are interested in helping in a different way you can provide a side for the cookout like beans, mac and cheese, salad, fruit, or a dessert! We are still collecting donations for our Teacher's Supply Fair! You can select "School Partnership" when you give online or write "School supplies" in the memo when you give to Memorial via check. These funds will help us by the needed classroom supplies for our fair! You can also shop from our Amazon wish list to purchase supplies (they can be shipped directly to the church!)
