E-News: What We Learned in 2022

Webinars and Resources

Dear Friends,

Welcome to this edition of the Strangulation Prevention E-News. Here at the Institute, we are excitedly looking forward. Each week, we meet more survivors and professionals across the country who are inspiring us, encouraging us, and renewing our sense of passion. We are dedicated to creating a world where survivors are met by professionals across all disciplines who are kindhearted, well trained, and dedicated to making their community a safer place. We believe this work is a calling, and with your help, we are ready to answer the call.

E-News was launched to share important information about non and near-fatal strangulation assaults. Each E-News focuses on one subject, highlights one organization or individual, and/or shares one featured resource. For this E-News, we are excited to highlight our recent webinar, What We Learned in 2022: Updates from the Training Institute on Strangulation Prevention

This webinar is an excellent resource for anyone looking to familiarize themself with the most up to date information and resources related to near and non-fatal strangulation in domestic violence cases. The Institute had a busy year in 2022, and our webinar is a prime opportunity to familiarize yourself with the highlights.

We would also like to invite you to dive a little deeper into our work from 2022. Below, please find links to our webinars, newsletters and new resources released in 2022.

Always with Great HOPE,
