Back To School Nights
Join us for Back To School Nights! Each Teacher will give a 30-minute presentation on classroom procedures and expectations for the year. Please note: this is a Parent Only event.

TK - 5th Grade: Tuesday, September 10th at 6pm
For our families who have more than one child, the same 30-minute presentation will be offered 3 times throughout the night at 6pm, 6:40pm, and 7:20pm. You are welcome to attend which ever presentation works best with your schedule.

6th - 8th Grade: Thursday, September 12th at 5:15pm

5:15PM – For 6th Grade Parents Only: There will be a Pine Valley informational meeting in the Learning Commons.

5:15PM – For 7th Grade Parents Only: There will be a Serve & Solidarity Week informational meeting in the covered patio.

5:15PM – For 8th Grade Parents Only: There will be a DC informational meeting in the worship center.

6:00pm - 8:00pm – Parents will move from class to class depending on their child's schedule.
Bright Future New Family Gatherings
New Families! Please join Mrs. Harrison, Administration, and MCS Board Members for a time of socializing, appetizers, and and an update on our Bright Future Campaign. We can't wait to share our vision for students with you! This is a Parents Only event.
AppJam+ Returns to MCS
AppJam+ is a 10-week after-school mobile app development program for 4th-8th grade students. Classes meet at MCS on Monday and Wednesday from 3:00-4:30, starting the week of September 30th, and culminate in the AppJamboree Showcase on December 3rd, where students have the opportunity to win awards and prizes for their apps. (MCS has won awards at the last 2 showcase events!)
Students are not required to bring any equipment to class. MCS and Dreams for Schools provide instruction, equipment, and supplies.

Schoology Workshop for Middle School Parents
This fall, MCS will be offering Schoology Fall Parent Workshops to go over the key features of Schoology for Middle School parents. These will be a great, small workshops for parents to learn more about how to use Schoology and answer any questions you may have!
