We Need Your Help!
We’re reaching out to all church members for pre-recorded Gospel readings. New dates have been added through the summer! (Please remember to film Sunday’s Gospel message by the previous Tuesday!)
Please note that dates are listed as Tuesdays on our Sign Up Genius because recordings are due on Tuesday. If you have any questions, please contact Barbara Babbitt at or Jeff Markay at
I wanted to give you all an update on my SouperBowl of Caring Food Drive, which has directly benefited CUMAC ECHO in Paterson. Thank you to those of you who either contacted me for pickup or dropped off donations at my house. As a result of your generosity, I was able to donate over 1,200 pounds of non perishable food and personal care items to those in need.

During my six years as coordinator of the SouperBowl of Caring Food Drive, I have been thankful for the support that has helped me to change the lives of the less fortunate. Each year the food drive has grown in scope and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate each and every donation over these past few years. I am hoping that the example that I have set encourages more young people to volunteer and make a difference in their communities.
~With Thanks, Kate Ziegler

Youth & Kids News
After reading the story of Doubting Thomas and what Jesus said to him, kids in the Whirl Class last Sunday shaped letters from pipe cleaners to make a “believe” mobile. What a blessing they are!
What’s Happening in Our Classes this Week?
PreK / Early Elementary - Sundays at 9:30am on Zoom. This week’s theme: Evangelism. We’ll talk about the important job Jesus gave the disciples when it was time for him to go be with God as we read the story of The Great Commission. Check out our song of the week – “Go and Make Disciples click here.

Submerge (4th-8th grade) - Sundays at 10:30am on Zoom. This week’s topic: Bible Background. We’ll take a look at how we got the Bible we have today, talk about the concepts of inspiration, translation, and transmission, and explore how best to apply it to our lives.
High School Discussion - Sundays at 11:45am on Zoom. Over the next few weeks we will be discussing various themes from the movie The Shack. Often described as a modern-day parable, the uplifting movie is an artistic and imaginative representation of one man’s unforgettable encounter with the Divine in the wake of pain, sadness, and doubt. This week’s theme: Where is God When I Need Him Most? We’ll discuss stereotypes of God, our perceptions of God and what gets in the way of our seeing God in a broken world.
Sunday School always welcomes new friends to join our active groups. Zoom log-in info for the classes is emailed at the end of each week. If you would like to be added to the distribution group or have questions about which class is right for your children, please email Karen at
