Hopeland Food Pantry

You are invited to be the hands & feet of Jesus and serve at The Hopeland Church Food Pantry on the first Saturday of each month. Your next opportunity to serve is THIS Sat, Feb 3 from 11am-1pm. Also, donations are always accepted for the Hopeland Church Food Pantry. Feel free to drop off nonperishable food items in the Pantry Cart (located in the lobby). Special Friends Prom

Looking for a way to support the 2018 Special Friends Prom? Donations of bottled water, canned lemonade and canned colorless sodas (such as Sprite, Sierra Mist and Ginger Ale, both regular and diet) may be droppped off at the Connection Center between now and February 5. Ash Wednesday marks the begining of the lenten season. We will be holding a special service Wed, Feb 14 at 7pm in the FP Campus Worship Center. We invite you to join us for this powerful evening of worship and reflection.

Cuba Mission Trip Meeting

Interested in going on mission to Cuba? Find out everything you need to know at the info meeting on Thur, Feb 15 at 6pm at the FP Campus, Pastor Jon's Office. This trip is slated for May 19-26 and limited to 12 adults. Cost is $2000. You must already have a valid US Passport. Visa information must be submitted by February 18. What can you expect? A vibrant cross-cultural mission experience with the Methodist Church of Cuba, hosted by Pastors Guillermo and Adria of Havana. We will spend a week as honored guests of the Havana Central Methodist Church as we experience expressive and charismatic worship, visit various churches and cultural sites, form long-lasting Christian friendships with our brothers and sister in Cuba and serve alongside them in support of their ministry, which will include a special children’s event for their community. This is Stillwater’s first trip to Cuba as we continue our budding partnership with the faithful Cuban Methodist Church. Email office@stillwaterumc.org with questions.
