American Education Week
REACH. EDUCATE. INSPIRE.

Since 1921, American Education Week has been celebrating the U.S. public school system, and during this 98th year, beginning Monday, November 18th, through Friday, November 22nd, we again recognize Dallastown Area School District's commitment to quality education for every child.

The district's initiatives personalize learning for the whole student, incorporating relevant, engaging curriculum and instructional practices, taught by a dedicated faculty, staff, and administration. Along with district service providers, Chartwells Schools Dining Services and Reliance Student Transportation, we are a unified team serving the Dallastown community.
HS ITS Induction Ceremony

Next week, the Dallastown Area High School International Thespian Society (ITS) Troupe #7973 will induct its newest members. This global honor society recognizes the dedication and hard work students have committed to excellence in theater arts in 50 states and 13 countries.

ITS rewards and encourages student achievement and celebrates the work of students in all aspects of theater performance and production. Each student is honored on a national level and gains access to opportunities and resources beyond those of their school.

Family, friends, and community members are welcome to join in honoring these new members next Tuesday evening, November 19th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Dallastown Area High School Theater Room.
