Pentecost 11 | August 9th

There never seems to be a time when storms aren't raging. So, what do we do? Do we escape the world through distraction? Do we escape to a sacred space? Do we see Jesus in the storm? Explore three powerful stories from the foot's eye view this Sunday, and maybe learn something about where you stand.

Sermon:

“Beautiful Feet”

 Pastor Jonathan Sansgaard

Readings:

1 Kings 19:9-16

Romans 10:5-15

Matthew 14:22-33

Join us for Brunch on Sunday, August 9th!

Thursday Bible Study

August 6th @ 10:30am

Pastor Jonathan will be leading Thursday Bible Study this week! Come and join us as we continue the study of John.

ROOMS STILL AVAILABLE!

24 Days until the Men’s Retreat!

This year’s focus is Leadership —

practical, encouraging, and geared toward real life.

We will hear excerpts from experts in that field and we’ll look at leadership in the home and family, in our work and community, and in our church. Don’t consider yourself a leader? No problem, we will celebrate all kinds of leadership styles. Come and find out your style and be empowered to be a faithful leader in all your areas of influence! Don’t forget, there is lots of free time on Saturday so you’ll have time to relax and recharge!

Golfers: We will be golfing Friday before the retreat and not on Saturday. This will allow for more fellowship time and give us the whole morning for one of the sessions! Please email PB if you wish to play.
