Children’s of Alabama and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgical Divisions are pleased to present our 2025 Annual Report.


It features our successes in patient safety and outcomes, our clinical advances, our research breakthroughs and the expertise and dedication of our faculty and staff members. The achievements described in this report have a positive, direct impact on children’s lives. Children's EpicCare Link

Children's of Alabama wants to give a reminder for EpicCare Link, a tool that provides secure, real-time web access to patient information, allowing referring practices to view patients' clinical data and communicate easily with Children's of Alabama. It can also be used to refer patients to our organization. If your practice is not already signed up, click on the button below to request access for EpicCare Link.

REACH Lunch & Learn

Join Children’s of Alabama REACH for a virtual Lunch & Learn on March 11 at 12:00 p.m., featuring JBS Children’s Services. This session will highlight family-centered resources, including intensive home-based therapy and outpatient mental health services for children and adolescents.

Pediatric ENT Associates Now Offering Nurse Practitioner Clinics

Pediatrics ENT Associates now offers nurse practitioner clinics for children without complex health conditions. In recognition of Kids ENT Month, we're highlighting this option to help improve access to timely care. Referrals may be submitted through EpicCare Link or faxed to 205-638-2233. Once the referral has been processed, a representative from the office will contact the family to schedule the appointment.
