Great Rivers Greenway Trail
Extension  Along Highway N

Last year MoDOT provided a trail on Highway N between Weiss Road and Colonial Green Subdivision as part of the Highway N reconstruction project . Currently, the  developer on the north side of Highway N is grading and will continue the trail onto Dardenne Farms Subdivision. In the future, the City has plans to improve and use the old Highway N road bed to continue the trail further. Additionally, the City also plans to construct a new trail section so it will continue along Highway N onto the Manors of Meadowlake subdivision.

Future Bross Brothers Airbnb Guest House Has Broken Ground

Exciting News:
The future Bross Brothers Airbnb guest house at 5366 Main Street has broken ground! Originally, 5366 Main Street was home to a historic log cabin built in the early 1800's and was home to Bross Brothers Blacksmith Shop. During demolition, the logs were safely removed, numbered, and stored so they could reconstruct the log cabin using most of the original logs. Plans include placing them on a new foundation and later completing a lower level with additional bedrooms, bathrooms as well as adding a kitchen to the back of the structure. Plans include a new front porch, and a stone fireplace will be added to the south elevation. We are looking forward to the addition of Bross Brothers Airbnb!
