Annual Meeting Information

All are invited. Voting messengers need to be appointed or voted by the church.

How do churches determine how many messengers?

Each church of fifty members or less shall be entitled to three (3) messengers; and for each additional fifty (50) members or major fraction thereof, one (1) additional messenger, providing no church shall have more than seven (7) messengers in addition to the pastor who shall be a messenger by virtue of his relation to the church, and the church’s additional Executive Board Member.

Special announcements will be made by both Michael Haynes and Samuel Gonzalez.

We will vote on the 2022 budget since this meeting will be in place of the fall Executive Board meeting.

Both business session and worship service will be in the sanctuary, with lunch in the gym. Don’t forget to RSVP for lunch: [email protected]

The main entrance for National Heights is the west door. That is also the handicapped accessible door.

Keeping In Touch

We are using Constant Contact to send emails to Pastors, ministerial staff and churches. In addition, the online edition of The Connection is being sent through Constant Contact.

If you would like to receive the newsletter online, email [email protected] and put newsletter subscription in the subject line. Provide us with your mailing address so we can update our records.
Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
