Message from our President
Well, the holidays have come and gone, the new year is off and running and The Melville Chamber of Commerce has paid tribute, at it's annual awards night, to some of the members who have made significant contributions to our Chamber in the past year. They are:

Michele Gervat of The American Heart Association, Tom Scinto of Altice USA, Evan Chen
of The T.O.A. Group, Krista Giannak of Wise Words That Matter, Susan Ganz of Prudential Advisors, Tim Domanick of Jackson-Lewis, Matt Silver of Ultimate Class Limousine and Richard Cassiano of North American Resource Capital, Inc.
The Chamber also paid special recognition to several Board Members who have moved on recently. They are: Dawn Grzan, Michael Giambertone and Jerome Hehir.
We thank them for their hard work, dedication and contributions in improving the Melville Chamber of Commerce. No recognition would be complete without mentioning the above and beyond job that our executive director Ted Macaluso does in coordinating and organizing all our meetings and events, throughout the year. Thanks Ted!
Of course the highlight of the evening was the awe-inspiring speech of our guest speaker, Kristen Jarnagin, President and CEO of Discover Long Island. With enthusiasm like hers it's not hard to be proud of this place we call home. With so much to offer she is the right person to represent Long Island tourism.
There are a number of breakfast after-hour events planned for the coming months, Whether for the general Chamber membership, the Young Professionals Group or the Women's Group. All members are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities to network and meet new people for business purposes. We need everyone to get and be involved in order to make the Chamber more vibrant.
Thank you all for your continued participation in the Melville Chamber of Commerce and I'll see you at the next event.
Your President,
David Gustin
President
