Lights On! TONIGHT
The City of Lakeway Parks & Recreation Department is proud to bring back Lights On! A Holiday Celebration tonight (November 22)! The festivities kick off at 6 p.m. at City Hall (1102 Lohmans Crossing) when Santa and Mrs. Claus make their way into the driveway off Sailmaster. Soon after, a countdown will begin and the trail of lights will be officially turned on for the holiday season!

The community can then take a tour through the trail of lights winding directly behind City Hall. Santa, Mrs. Claus and Rudolf will greet children at the Santa stage. There will be complimentary S'mores and marshmallow roasting at the fire pit, along with a Christmas cookie decorating station. There will also be a table located in the plaza at City Hall to write letters to Santa. Non-perishable food items will be collected for a local food bank.

John and Judy Hogge made the generous donation to the City of Lakeway and were present at the official unveiling ceremony. The statue resembles two figures playing a game of chess.
