Please place trash and recyclables in an easily accessible location by 7:00 AM. Contact the hauler directly at 442-8390 with questions or concerns. Please note: the trucks used are dual functioning. Trash and recyclables are collected together but placed in separate compartments within the truck.

The diaconate is delighted that our mission of support for Richmond’s Emergency Food and Fuel Assistance program, a blueberry pancake breakfast, will be able to take place this year at the Richmond Consolidated School as a “Grab and Go” event. Thanks to Tammy Jervas and her capable kitchen staff at the school, the 13^th annual fundraiser promises to be a success.

The price of the breakfast is $5 per adult and $3.00 for children under the age of twelve. It is hoped that persons will pay with the correct amount, or with donation checks made out to the Richmond Congregational Church and marked “fuel fund”, to reduce the need to make change. This year again, all food and supplies have been donated. All money received will go toward your neighbors in need.

The library is hosting another free Thanksgiving basket raffle. Any patron who visits the library can be entered into the raffle. 

The drawing will take place on Saturday, November 21. The basket has been provided by the Friends of the Richmond Library.

Some safety measures: Only one family may use the children's area and only four patrons will be in the building at one time.

All returned items are quarantined for one week and disinfected. You might, therefore, see items on your record for up to a week after you have returned them.

Don’t forget that WIFI is available in the Library parking lot and Virtual Zoom Meeting tutorials are being offered by the Library!
