  The Richmond Cable Advisory Committee

The Richmond Cable Advisory Committee invites you to join us for a Public Hearing regarding the renewal of our Cable TV License Agreement with Spectrum. The hearing will take place on Thursday, October 22nd at 6:00 p.m., and will be conducted virtually via ZOOM.

The hearing is open to the public whether you are a current subscriber or not. This is your opportunity to provide valuable feedback in advance of the negotiation of the new agreement. We look forward to seeing you then. If you are unable to attend, any and all constructive feedback is welcomed via email to cacinfo@richmondma.org

RICHMOND LIBRARY
The Richmond Library is open for Curbside Pick-up!
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 5:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 – 2:00.

Although the library is closed to the public, you are still able to check out Richmond items (Inter-Library Loan has yet to restart). How will this work? 

You can call the library during our curbside hours and request items or you can go online (https://bark.cwmars.org/eg/opac/home) to place a hold. If you go online, make sure to select Richmond from the drop-down menu. After our library staff has received your request, we will call you to let you know your items are available. We will check the items out to you and place them in a paper bag outside the door with your name on it. We are also taking returns. 

Don’t forget that WIFI is available in the Library parking lot and Virtual Zoom Meeting tutorials are being offered by the Library! If you would like to learn how to participate in an online Zoom meeting, please call the library and schedule a telephone appointment with a volunteer. 413-553-7795   

October 24, 2020 - 11:00 AM - Live Animal Show

To be held outdoors in back of the library - Rain Date October 31st. Nature Matters is home to a diverse collection of animals who have been injured or were born in captivity and unable to fend for themselves and cannot released back into the wild.

Get up close and personal with furry, scaly, prickly animals from Nature Matters, Inc.
