The Richmond Cable Advisory Committee
is in the process of conducting community ascertainment procedures to prepare for negotiations to renew the Town's cable franchise agreement with Charter Communications. To that end, we invite our residents to provide input via email to
Any and all constructive feedback is welcomed, whether you are a current cable subscriber or not, although the process and scope of the relicensing is prescribed by Massachusetts law. Areas for comment include but are not limited to – service and reliability experience, service availability and ideas for new services such as streaming public meetings, school, and library programs, etc.
Would you be interested in receiving phone service from Charter if it required you to be assigned a new phone number?

Solitude Lake Management treated the pond on Thursday, June 11th.
The Pond was closed to all water uses, including swimming, fishing and boating for the entire day of treatment.
These uses can resume on Friday morning, June 12th
Use of Pond for irrigation (watering laws, gardens or plants of any kind) is prohibited for five days after treatment.
