LAEF SAT Prep Class
From our friends at LAEF:

To assist our Griffins in the college application process, we will be offering an SAT Prep Program geared specifically for  Juniors planning on taking the May 4th SAT Exam. (Typically, Juniors take their SATs for the first time in May, then SATs  again in the Fall of their senior year.)
This preparatory class is designed to raise your child's score. We familiarize students with the format and content of the exam,  practice test-taking strategies that maximize scores, and help students understand their strengths and weaknesses on the exam to  guide additional independent practice. We provide your student with the same strategies for which leading SAT Prep  companies charge over $1,500. The best part is... we're only asking for a $90 suggested donation to LAEF to cover the upfront cost of instruction, facilities and materials!

This SAT Prep program will be filled up on a first-come, first-served basis. All classes will meet on Saturday mornings at LAHS in the Media Center from 8AM-11AM. The five classes are scheduled for March 23, March 30, April 6, April 13 and April 20. All materials will be provided for FREE!
