TaylorMade Expands North American Distribution Center

Governor Mike Braun joined executives of TaylorMade Golf in Vanderburgh County to break ground on the company’s new North American Distribution Center. Bridge Advisors Expansion

Bridge Advisors announced plans to expand its Evansville operations, creating up to 75 high-wage jobs by 2030. The TSMA Future Leaders Peer Group toured the Jasper Engines & Transmissions Power Drive facility to learn how the company is advancing operational excellence through continuous improvement, automation, and innovative material handling solutions. Participants explored Jasper’s transition from traditional material delivery systems to advanced conveyance technology and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), gaining insight into how process improvement, technology, and employee engagement work together to improve efficiency, safety, and growth in manufacturing operations.

E-REP’s BR&E team recently visited APR Plastics (left) and Matrix Design Group (right) to strengthen relationships with key regional employers and discuss ongoing operations, workforce needs, and future growth plans.

APR Plastics shared updates on production and staffing, while Matrix Design Group highlighted its engineering and consulting services along with continued investment in the region. These visits support E-REP’s ongoing efforts to foster collaboration and support long-term growth across Southwest Indiana.

Employers, educators, and partners gathered at IBEW Local 16 to address myths and barriers surrounding work-based learning and discuss the future of talent development in the region. With an estimated 36,000 workers nearing retirement and 68,000 jobs expected to need filling by 2030, participants emphasized the growing importance of scalable talent pipelines. Work-based learning—now a required component of Indiana’s new diploma framework—was highlighted as a critical strategy for preparing students and giving employers early access to future talent.
