There was a sweet and special spirit in our worship services Sunday. Thank you to Rhys and the Sanctuary Choir for the special music.

 

The children got off to camp this morning (Monday). While they were waiting for departure, they went into the gym to look around and play. As many of them went in, you could hear them say, “Wow!” It was so exciting to see them run, shoot some baskets, and to hear them laugh. After the children left, two of our ladies came to walk. The gym is officially in operation! It is such a blessing, and is so awe-inspiring to grasp what a marvelous thing God has done! To Him be all honor, glory, and praise!

 

We are planning a special day for our gym dedication and recognition of our country’s Independence on Sunday, July 2^nd. We will have Sunday School at 9:15am and one worship service in the gym at 10:30am. Following the service, we will enjoy a time of fellowship around dinner on the grounds (actually, in the Fellowship Hall)! You don’t have to bring a thing, except your appetite! This is going to be a historic day in the life of Roseland Park Baptist Church. We will take a group picture in the gym that will become an historical heirloom for your descendants to enjoy for generations to come.

 

Please be in prayer for Children’s Camp and the SBC Annual Meeting, this week. Next week will be our youth camp (Centrifuge). VBS will be the week of July 10^th. God is STILL doing great things at RPBC!
