From the Pastor
First off, I want to post a reminder that we will have a business meeting tomorrow night (March 17th). New Business will include a motion to license Ethan Wilson to the Gospel ministry. Also, we will elect messengers to the Associational Spring Meeting scheduled at Journey Fellowship church (Hwy 11, next to the county health department in Carriere), April 1st.

I appreciate all of the encouraging comments I have received concerning this sermon series on “The Alpha and the Omega.” It is when you share with me how God uses a particular message to “speak” to you or to meet a need in your life, that I am blessed to know the purpose behind God placing that message on my heart. This series includes Jesus’ Alpha introduction as the instrument of creation, and His Omega revelation to us as The Last Word in God’s revealed word. In between we see how God incrementally reveals His coming as Messiah, His incarnation, His ministry, and when darkness reigned (hint: Luke 22:53). If you by necessity miss any of these messages, please go through our church website at www.rpbc.us and click on the Vimeo hotlink to view them. He is the Alpha and the Omega – and everything in between!

The struggle is real! It takes a little while to adjust to that hour of sleep you lost Saturday night, and for many of you to get used to it (again) being dark when you get up in the morning. Persevere! And, join us this Sunday for worship!

“Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created” (Revelation 4:11, NASB).

We are family!
