The La Crosse Area Synod is participating in "The Engaging Children Initiative" which is a five year project to engage children and their families in worship and prayer. You are invited to anonymously share your impressions of worship, your experience with the church and your family's spiritual needs. It should take you less than 15 minutes.

Nursing/pumping parents, have you been looking for a quiet place to nurse your baby on Sunday mornings? The Nursery can be quite busy, so the Children's Ministry Coordinator's Office (Ann Kvale's office - Room 118) is now being designated a lactation space on Sunday mornings. There are comfortable couches, blankets, and plenty of quiet. Please feel free to use it.

On Easter Sunday, the sanctuary is decorated with begonias, mums, and hydrangeas purchased with donations. Excess money from this fund will be donated to local organizations that help alleviate poverty and hunger. Fill out the form at church this weekend (or print one here to mail in) and place it in the offering plate with your check payable to English Lutheran Church or drop it off to the church office. Any amount is appreciated! Commemorations are listed in the Easter Sunday bulletin.

The Quilters are in need of big boxes and plain colored sheets. Boxes can be broken down and should be sized to hold at least three quilts. Both fitted and flat sheets are great! Please bring your boxes and sheets to the Donation Center, located in the hallway between the narthex and Sunday School wing.

The March General Fund report is now available! After a short month in February, both in days and in offering, March has bounced back! We had a gain of approximately $6,000 for the month, resulting is being $23,000 ahead of budget as we end the first quarter of 2025. Vacation Bible School is July 7-10 from 1:00-7:00pm for students finishing KDG-5th Grade! Come join the counselors from Sugar Creek Bible Camp to learn about God’s Word through study, skits, games, and crafts! A meal will be served at 5:45 for kids and their families. Each evening will wrap up with a “Camp Fire” in which family members are encouraged to attend. Thursday evening will end with a worship service open to all.

Also: Preschool aged students are invited to attend beginning at 5:00pm. They will have a 45-minute lesson including a story, craft, and short game before joining everyone for dinner and “Camp Fire.”

It should be a great week! Register online, or fill out a paper form at church. There is no registration cost.
